โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารที่ทำการสถานีตำรวจถนนใหญ่ 3 ชั้น ตามแบบที่กำหนด โครงสร้างอาคารเป็นคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก หลังคามุงด้วยแผ่นเหล็กเคลือบโลหะผสมอลูมิเนียมสังกะสีลอน การก่อสร้างต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานรายการก่อสร้างของทางราชการ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการทำฐานราก ตอม่อ คาน พื้น และโครงสร้างอาคารเป็นคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก โครงหลังคาเป็นโครงสร้างเหล็ก พื้นทั่วไปเป็นพื้น ค.ส.ล. มีการติดตั้งผนังที่ทำจากวัสดุมาตรฐาน เช่น ผนังเบา ผนังยิปซั่มบอร์ด และบุผนังห้องน้ำด้วยกระเบื้องเซรามิค มีการติดตั้งประตู-หน้าต่างตามรายละเอียดในแบบ รวมถึงการติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์ในห้องน้ำและห้องครัว

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีงานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ระบบประปา ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบดับเพลิง และระบบสัญญาณเสาอากาศ การทาสีอาคารทั้งภายในและภายนอกก็เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ

ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รวมถึงจัดทำแบบ Shop Drawing เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการตรวจการจ้างและวิศวกรผู้ออกแบบตรวจสอบก่อนดำเนินการติดตั้ง

This project aims to construct a 3-story police station building according to the specified design. The building structure is reinforced concrete with a metal roof coated with an aluminum-zinc alloy. The construction must adhere to government construction standards.

The scope of work includes the construction of foundations, columns, beams, floors, and the building structure using reinforced concrete. The roof structure is steel, and the general flooring is reinforced concrete. Installation of standard wall materials such as lightweight walls, gypsum board walls, and ceramic tiles in bathrooms are included. Doors and windows are installed according to the detailed design, including sanitary ware in bathrooms and kitchens.

Additionally, related systems such as plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and antenna systems are included. Painting the building both inside and out is also part of the project.

The contractor must provide quality materials and comply with the standards set forth. They must also prepare Shop Drawings for the inspection of the hiring committee and the design engineer before proceeding with the installation.
