โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดจ้างการออกแบบและสร้างระบบหมักไซเดอร์วีนีการ์ (น้ำส้มสายชูหมัก) แบบถังชั้นเดียว สำหรับศูนย์พันธุวิศวกรรมและเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพแห่งชาติ (BIOTEC) ภายใต้ สวทช. ระบบนี้ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเป็นรุ่นที่ 2 ของระบบผลิตน้ำส้มสายชูหมักแบบขั้นตอนเดียว โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อปรับปรุงให้ใช้งานง่ายขึ้น ควบคุมได้สะดวกขึ้น และสามารถติดตั้งในพื้นที่จำกัด เช่น อาคารพาณิชย์ได้ ตัวระบบประกอบด้วยถังหมักสแตนเลสเกรด 304 จำนวน 2 ถัง ความจุใช้งานรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 75 ลิตรต่อถัง และปริมาตรรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 190 ลิตร มีระบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิ, pH, DO, การเติมอากาศ, การเก็บตัวอย่าง, และระบบทำความเย็น นอกจากนี้ยังมีถังเตรียมวัตถุดิบความจุใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 200 ลิตร พร้อมระบบกวน โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีการผลิตน้ำส้มสายชูหมักในระดับ SME และวิสาหกิจชุมชน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแบบแปลน, ติดตั้งระบบ, ทดสอบ, และฝึกอบรมการใช้งานให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมดคือ 120 วัน

This project aims to procure the design and construction of a single-tank cider vinegar fermentation system for the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC) under NSTDA. This system is designed as a second-generation single-step vinegar fermentation system, with the goal of improving ease of use, convenient control, and installation in limited spaces such as commercial buildings. The system consists of two 304-grade stainless steel fermentation tanks with a total working volume of at least 75 liters per tank and a total volume not less than 190 liters. It features temperature, pH, DO, aeration, sampling, and cooling systems. There is also a raw material preparation tank with a working capacity of at least 200 liters with an agitation system. This project aims to promote the use of vinegar fermentation technology at the SME and community enterprise level. The contractor will be responsible for the blueprint, system installation, testing, and operation training for the staff. The total project duration is 120 days.
