องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไร่ส้ม มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดจ้างโครงการปรับปรุงเสริมผิวถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตพร้อมก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ในซอยทางหลวง ๑ หมู่ที่ ๘ ตำบลไร่ส้ม อำเภอเมืองเพชรบุรี จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การปรับปรุงเสริมผิวถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต ช่วงที่ ๑ ขนาดกว้าง ๒.๔๐ เมตร ยาว ๓๖.๐๐ เมตร หนา ๐.๐๕ เมตร ช่วงที่ ๒ ขนาดกว้าง ๓.๔๐ เมตร ยาว ๒๔๑.๐๐ เมตร หนา ๐.๐๕ เมตร รวม ๒ ช่วงมีพื้นที่เสริมผิวแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตรวมไม่น้อยกว่า ๙๐๕.๕๐ ตารางเมตร พร้อมก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำ ค.ส.ล. ขนาดกว้าง ๐.๔๐ เมตร ลึกเฉลี่ย ๐.๓๐ – ๐.๘๐ เมตร ยาว ๒๗๗.๐๐ เมตร พร้อมติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ ๑ ป้าย ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า ๖๑๙,๕๐๐ บาท

ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน ๑๒๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลไร่ส้มจะพิจารณาตัดสินโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยจะพิจารณาจากราคารวมที่ต่ำที่สุด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานจ้างที่เกิดขึ้นภายในระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า ๒ ปี

Rai Som Subdistrict Administrative Organization intends to procure a project to improve and overlay asphalt concrete pavement and construct reinforced concrete drainage ditches in Soi Highway 1, Moo 8, Rai Som Subdistrict, Mueang Phetchaburi District, Phetchaburi Province, through electronic bidding. This project aims to improve transportation infrastructure for the people in the area.

The scope of work includes improving and overlaying asphalt concrete pavement, section 1 with a width of 2.40 meters, a length of 36.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.05 meters; section 2 with a width of 3.40 meters, a length of 241.00 meters, and a thickness of 0.05 meters, totaling no less than 905.50 square meters of asphalt concrete pavement. It also includes the construction of reinforced concrete drainage ditches with a width of 0.40 meters, an average depth of 0.30 – 0.80 meters, and a length of 277.00 meters, along with the installation of 1 project sign. Bidders must have construction experience of the same type of work as the bidding price in the amount of not less than 619,500 baht.

The construction period shall be completed within 120 days from the date of signing the contract. Rai Som Subdistrict Administrative Organization will make a decision based on the price criteria, considering the lowest total price. The contractor must guarantee the defects of the work for a period of not less than 2 years.
