องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ประกาศโครงการปรับปรุงลานอเนกประสงค์และระบบระบายน้ำภายในโรงเรียนวัดช่างทอง(บุญบำรุงราษฎร์) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงลานคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กให้มีพื้นที่ใช้สอยที่เพียงพอสำหรับการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ และแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังบริเวณรอบอาคารเรียน 3 ชั้น โครงการนี้ได้รับงบประมาณ 1,700,000 บาท ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น, และต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 850,000 บาท โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างและส่งมอบงาน 120 วัน (รวมระยะเวลาบ่มคอนกรีต 28 วัน) นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาหรือวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอใช้วิธีเกณฑ์ราคา มีการจ่ายเงินเพียง 1 งวด และมีอัตราค่าปรับ 0.10% ต่อวัน นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานจ้างเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี

The Ayutthaya Provincial Administrative Organization announces the project to improve the multipurpose courtyard and drainage system within Wat Chang Thong School (Boonbamrungratch) with the main objective of improving the reinforced concrete courtyard to have sufficient usable space for various activities and to solve the problem of flooding around the 3-story school building. This project has a budget of 1,700,000 baht. Interested bidders must meet the qualifications as prescribed by law, not be bankrupt, have no conflicts of interest with other bidders, and must have construction work of the same type with a value of not less than 850,000 baht. This project has a construction and delivery period of 120 days (including 28 days of concrete curing) from the date of signing the contract or the date of receipt of the notice to start work. Consideration of selection of proposals uses the price criteria. Payment is made in only 1 installment and has a penalty rate of 0.10% per day. In addition, the contractor must guarantee the defect of the work for a period of 2 years.
