รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบโทรศัพท์ภายในคณะการสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ โดยการเปลี่ยนระบบ Analog เดิมที่ล้าสมัยและอาจชำรุดเสียหาย เป็นระบบ Digital Voice Over IP (VoIP) ที่มีความทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น เพื่อรองรับการใช้งานภายในคณะฯ และการติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานภายนอก รวมถึงการปรับเปลี่ยนระบบโทรศัพท์ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย:
- จัดหาระบบโทรศัพท์ IP (IP Phone) พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ จำนวน 1 ระบบ
- รื้อถอนระบบโทรศัพท์ Analog เดิมและสายสัญญาณ
- ติดตั้งตู้สาขาระบบโทรศัพท์ IP Private Branch Exchange (IP-PBX)
- ติดตั้งโทรศัพท์ IP Phone จำนวน 102 เครื่อง
- ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ Switch Network (24 พอร์ต, POE 24 พอร์ต, POE 16 พอร์ต, POE 8 พอร์ต)
- เดินสายสัญญาณ UTP CAT 5 ภายในอาคาร
- ทดสอบระบบและสายสัญญาณ
- อบรมการใช้งานระบบโทรศัพท์ IP และการจัดการระบบ IP PBX
- จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ IP PBX และโทรศัพท์ IP
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันระบบเป็นเวลา 1 ปี และมีหน้าที่แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นภายใน 6 ชั่วโมง กำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน 120 วันหลังได้รับแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน
This project aims to upgrade the telephone system within the Faculty of Mass Communication, Chiang Mai University. The existing analog system will be replaced with a modern and efficient Digital Voice Over IP (VoIP) system to support internal communication and external communication with other organizations, as well as the transition of the telephone system within Chiang Mai University.
The main scope of work includes:
- Procurement of an IP Phone system with accessories (1 system).
- Removal of the existing analog telephone system and cabling.
- Installation of an IP Private Branch Exchange (IP-PBX) system.
- Installation of 102 IP Phone units.
- Installation of Switch Network equipment (24 ports, POE 24 ports, POE 16 ports, POE 8 ports).
- UTP CAT 5 cable installation within the buildings.
- System and cable testing.
- Training on IP Phone system usage and IP PBX system management.
- Preparation of user manuals for the IP PBX system and IP phones.
The contractor must provide a 1-year warranty on the system and is responsible for resolving initial issues within 6 hours. The delivery deadline is 120 days after receiving the work commencement notification.
