เทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์มีความประสงค์จะติดตั้งกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด CCTV ในเขตเทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ (เฟส ๒) เพื่อให้มีเครื่องมือเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการป้องกันและรักษาความปลอดภัยทั่วไปให้กับประชาชนอย่างมีมาตราฐาน อีกทั้งยังช่วยอํานวยความสะดวก และ เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่อีกด้วย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้มีเครื่องมือเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการป้องกันและรักษาความปลอดภัยทั่วไปให้แก่ประชาชน เฝ้าระวังความปลอดภัยในอาคารสํานักงาน และรอบพื้นที่เขตเทศบาลนครเจ้าพระยาสุรศักดิ์ และเพื่อให้สามารถให้บริการประชาชนและหน่วยงานอื่นที่ขอดูข้อมูลจากกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหาและติดตั้งกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิดชนิดเครือข่าย, เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับประมวลผล, อุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลบนเครือข่าย, โปรแกรมควบคุมการบันทึกภาพ, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ, สายสัญญาณใยแก้วนําแสงและสายสัญญาณ UTP, ขาสําหรับติดตั้งกล้อง, ชุดเบรกเกอร์, ระบบไฟฟ้าสําหรับรองรับมาตรวัด, หัวต่อพร้อมสายเส้นใยแก้วนําแสง, แผงเหล็กสําหรับจัดเก็บชุดเชื่อมต่อ, อุปกรณ์เชื่อมต่อไฟเบอร์ออฟติก, ตู้ควบคุมสําหรับกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด, งานติดตั้งสายสัญญาณ, เสาสำหรับติดตั้งกล้อง, ท่อกัลวาไนซ์, งานเชื่อมต่อสายเส้นใยแก้วนําแสง, ชุดป้องกันไฟกระชาก, สื่อบันทึกข้อมูล, ค่าติดตั้งกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด และงานร้อยท่อ HDPE
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้สามารถใช้งานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเชื่อมต่อเข้ากับระบบเดิมที่มีอยู่ได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ในการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาระบบ และรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการติดตั้งหรือการปฏิบัติงาน
The project aims to install CCTV systems in the Thetsaban Nakhon Chao Phraya Surasak Municipality (Phase 2) to enhance public safety and security in public areas and office buildings. The goal is to ensure the newly installed CCTV system operates effectively with the existing system, including the procurement and installation of related electrical equipment, and to train staff in the use and maintenance of the system.
The scope of work includes the supply and installation of network cameras, server computers and processing computers, network storage devices, recording control software, signal distribution equipment, fiber optic cables and UTP cables, camera mounting brackets, circuit breaker sets, electrical systems for meter support, fiber optic pigtails, splice trays, fiber optic connectors, control cabinets for CCTV cameras, cable installation work, camera mounting poles, galvanized pipes, fiber optic cable splicing, surge protection kits, data storage media, CCTV installation costs, and HDPE pipe laying.
The contractor must install the equipment to operate effectively together and connect seamlessly to the existing system, including training staff in the use and maintenance of the system, and be liable for any damage caused by the installation or operation.
