การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) สำหรับงานจ้างเหมาปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์ควบคุมในระบบจำหน่าย พร้อมตู้ควบคุมใน 12 เขตพื้นที่ จำนวน 823 ชุด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้อุปกรณ์ควบคุมในระบบจำหน่ายสามารถสั่งการและควบคุมจากระบบ SCADA/DMS ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการรื้อถอนและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ FDCU-RCS, FDCU-LRC, FDCU-LRR และ FDCU-SCB พร้อมตู้ควบคุมทดแทนของเดิม รวมถึงการออกแบบ การจัดหาบุคลากร วัสดุอุปกรณ์ การขนส่ง การติดตั้ง การทดสอบ และการฝึกอบรม ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่ กฟภ. กำหนด, มีทีมงานวิศวกรและบุคลากรที่มีประสบการณ์, มีเครื่องมือทดสอบที่ได้มาตรฐาน, และจัดทำหนังสือสัญญาการรักษาข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับ ผู้รับจ้างต้องปฏิบัติตามแผนการดำเนินงานที่ละเอียดและข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างเคร่งครัด ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด 400 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญาและส่งมอบพื้นที่

The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) intends to conduct an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the contracted work of upgrading control equipment in the distribution system with control cabinets in 12 areas, totaling 823 units. The objective is to enable control and command of the distribution system equipment from the SCADA/DMS system efficiently. The contractor must remove and install FDCU-RCS, FDCU-LRC, FDCU-LRR and FDCU-SCB equipment, including design, personnel procurement, equipment, transportation, installation, testing, and training. Bidders must meet PEA’s qualifications, have an experienced engineering team and personnel, have standardized testing tools, and prepare a non-disclosure agreement. The contractor must comply with a detailed work plan and adhere to safety regulations strictly. The total project duration is 400 days from the contract signing date and site handover.
