ศาลจังหวัดนราธิวาสมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างซ่อมแซมและเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ลิฟต์โดยสารและลิฟต์ส่งของ เนื่องจากอุปกรณ์เดิมมีการใช้งานมานานกว่า 20 ปี และเกิดความชำรุดบ่อยครั้ง ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ใช้งาน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงลิฟต์ให้มีสภาพสมบูรณ์ พร้อมใช้งาน และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการเปลี่ยนอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์ที่สำคัญ เช่น ชุดควบคุมลิฟต์โดยสาร (INVERTER, Controller, Junction Box, Buzzer Doorcontroller, COP Dotmatric, HPI Dotmatric, interface Board, Calbe, Hoist-Way Cable, Life Cable, Top Car Machine room Cable, Photo Switch, Limit B+Bracket+Clip, Baithong+Bracket+Clip, Phases Protection, Door Controller) สลิง และชุดควบคุมลิฟต์ส่งของ (Control, ชุดปุ่มกดหน้าชั้น, สายเคเบิ้ลลิฟต์, Limit Switch, ชุดโทรศัพท์หน้าลิฟต์, Traction Gear)

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้ระบบลิฟต์มีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานตลอดเวลา และต้องรับประกันการใช้งานวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่เปลี่ยนเป็นระยะเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
