โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งระบบตู้สาขาโทรศัพท์พื้นฐานที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชสระแก้ว โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบการสื่อสารภายในโรงพยาบาลให้มีความคล่องตัวและรองรับการใช้งานที่หลากหลายมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาระบบชุมสายโทรศัพท์ (Unified Call Server) ที่สามารถรองรับสายนอก 16 คู่สาย และสายภายใน 500 เบอร์ พร้อมทั้งอุปกรณ์ประกอบที่จำเป็น เช่น ตู้ Communication Rack 19 นิ้ว, คู่สายดิจิตอล, คู่สายอนาล็อก, คู่สายไอพี, ระบบตอบรับอัตโนมัติ, และซอฟต์แวร์บริหารจัดการต่างๆ รวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์, การตั้งค่าระบบ, และการทดสอบการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดฝึกอบรมให้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงพยาบาลเพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานและดูแลรักษาระบบได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ

โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาเครื่องโทรศัพท์ดิจิตอล, ชุดคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับพนักงานรับสาย, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า, และซอฟต์แวร์เก็บข้อมูลการใช้งานโทรศัพท์ (Billing) โดยมีรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคที่ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าระบบใหม่นี้จะสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของโรงพยาบาลได้อย่างครบถ้วนและมีเสถียรภาพ

This project aims to procure and install a modern and efficient PBX (Private Branch Exchange) system for Somdej Phrayupparat Sakaeo Hospital. The main goal is to improve internal communication, making it more agile and versatile. The scope of work includes providing a Unified Call Server that supports 16 external lines and 500 internal lines, along with necessary accessories such as a 19-inch Communication Rack, digital lines, analog lines, IP lines, automated answering systems, and various management software. It also includes equipment installation, system configuration, and performance testing to meet specifications. Additionally, training will be provided to hospital staff for proper and efficient system operation and maintenance.

The project covers the provision of digital telephones, computer sets for operators, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), and telephone usage data collection software (Billing), with detailed technical specifications to ensure the new system comprehensively meets the hospital’s needs and remains stable.
