โครงการนี้เป็นการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กโดยวิธีเสริมผิวแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต (Overlay) บนสายทางบ้านสบทา หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลปากบ่อง อำเภอป่าซาง เชื่อมบ้านแม่ทาหลง - ท่าศาลา หมู่ที่ 9 ตำบลบ้านแป้น อำเภอเมืองลำพูน จังหวัดลำพูน โดยมีผิวจราจรกว้าง 6.50 - 7.00 เมตร และยาว 262.00 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 1,773.50 ตารางเมตร โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดลำพูน ใช้งบประมาณจากเงินสะสมประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 เป็นจำนวน 643,400.00 บาท

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการเสริมผิวทางด้วยแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตหนา 5 ซม. การทำ Tack Coat บนผิวทางเดิม การตีเส้นจราจรบนผิวทางตามมาตรฐาน รวมถึงการแก้ไขผิวทางและพื้นทางเดิม เช่น การขุดซ่อมผิวทาง (DEEP PATCH), การปะซ่อมผิวทาง (SKIN PATCH) และการปรับระดับผิวทางเดิม (LEVELLING) โดยใช้วัสดุและวิธีการตามมาตรฐานงานทางหลวงท้องถิ่น (มทถ.)

ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงานและส่งให้ผู้ว่าจ้างพิจารณา รวมถึงตรวจสอบและรับรองคุณภาพวัสดุก่อนใช้งาน และต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการก่อสร้างและติดตั้งป้ายเตือนต่างๆ เพื่อป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ

This project involves the improvement of reinforced concrete roads by overlaying with asphalt concrete on the Ban Sop Tha route, Moo 1, Pak Bong Subdistrict, Pa Sang District, connecting Ban Mae Tha Long - Tha Sala, Moo 9, Ban Paen Subdistrict, Mueang Lamphun District, Lamphun Province. The road surface has a width of 6.50 - 7.00 meters and a length of 262.00 meters, with a traffic surface area of no less than 1,773.50 square meters. This project is carried out by the Lamphun Provincial Administration Organization, using a budget from the accumulated funds of the fiscal year 2024 in the amount of 643,400.00 Baht.

The scope of work includes resurfacing the road with 5 cm thick asphalt concrete, applying Tack Coat on the existing road surface, and installing traffic lines on the road surface according to standards. It also includes repairing the original road surface and base, such as DEEP PATCH, SKIN PATCH, and LEVELLING, using materials and methods according to local highway standards (Mor Thor Thor).

The contractor must prepare a work plan and submit it to the employer for consideration, as well as inspect and certify the quality of materials before use. They must also comply with construction safety standards and install warning signs to prevent accidents.
