โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างบ่อสูบน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ในซอยติวานนท์ 24 จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยเทศบาลนครนนทบุรีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระบายน้ำในพื้นที่ งานหลักประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างบ่อสูบน้ำ ค.ส.ล. พร้อมติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำอัตโนมัติขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 0.15 ลูกบาศก์เมตร/วินาที จำนวน 2 เครื่อง, ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ควบคุม, ติดตั้งระบบป้องกันดินพัง (Sheet Pile), ติดตั้งป้ายเตือน, ไฟสัญญาณจราจรตลอดระยะเวลาก่อสร้าง, ทำความสะอาดบ่อสูบน้ำเดิม, และเชื่อมท่อระบายน้ำเข้ากับระบบท่อระบายน้ำเดิม. ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการก่อสร้างทั้งหมด และต้องเสนอแบบการติดตั้งต่างๆ ให้คณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุอนุมัติก่อนดำเนินการ โครงการนี้เน้นการใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศ โดยวัสดุก่อสร้างต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 60% และเหล็กต้องผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 90%.

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete pumping well in Soi Tiwanon 24, Nonthaburi Province. The Nonthaburi Municipality aims to improve drainage efficiency in the area. The main tasks include the construction of the concrete pumping well, installation of two automatic pumps with a capacity of at least 0.15 cubic meters/second each, installation of control equipment, installation of a sheet pile system, installation of warning signs and traffic lights throughout the construction period, cleaning of the existing pumping well, and connection of the drainage pipe to the existing drainage system. The contractor is responsible for all damages arising from the construction and must submit installation plans for approval by the inspection committee before proceeding. This project emphasizes the use of domestic materials, with at least 60% of construction materials and 90% of steel being domestically produced.
