โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดจ้างพิมพ์ซองแบบทดสอบจำนวน 350,000 ซอง และซองกระดาษคำตอบปรนัยจำนวน 350,000 ซอง สำหรับใช้ในการจัดสอบของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ทั้งระดับปริญญาตรีและโครงการต่างๆ ซองแบบทดสอบต้องมีขนาด 9x12 ½ x3 ¾ นิ้ว ทำจากกระดาษคราฟท์สีน้ำตาล KI 125 แกรม พิมพ์โลโก้และตัวหนังสือสีแดง ส่วนซองกระดาษคำตอบปรนัยมีขนาด 7x9 ½ นิ้ว ทำจากกระดาษสีน้ำตาล KB 110 แกรม พิมพ์โลโก้และตัวหนังสือสีน้ำเงิน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องยื่นตัวอย่างซองทั้งสองชนิดเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาภายใน 5 วันหลังเสนอราคา การส่งมอบงานแบ่งเป็น 4 งวดภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา โดยมีค่าปรับหากส่งมอบงานล่าช้า

This project aims to procure the printing of 350,000 test envelopes and 350,000 multiple-choice answer sheet envelopes for student examinations at Sukhothai Thammathirat University. The test envelopes should be 9x12 ½ x3 ¾ inches, made of KI 125 gsm brown kraft paper, with red logo and text. The answer sheet envelopes should be 7x9 ½ inches, made of KB 110 gsm brown paper, with blue logo and text. Bidders must submit samples of both envelope types for consideration within 5 days of submitting their bid. Delivery is divided into 4 installments within 90 days of contract signing, with penalties for late delivery.
